the office ( or we call the call floor.. ) are in a very cold condition...its was very cold inside until one of friend got sick after 2 days training..there is no air cond controller in the call floor...so everyone must get used of the condition...crazy...how these people stand still in a cold place like that...??? i wonder how am i gonna work then...
next week i will have to sit for 2 big exam .... the PCE's exam and Role play exam... PCE's is a insurance license which everyone of us must have the insurance..if not, then we cannot sell our product...and the Role lay exam is a test where we will sell our product to customer..i hope i will pas both exams..because im too tired to find other job...the salary is just enough for me....but this is for starting..to gaim experience and to save money for my convo...
" O Lovely God, Please bless my journey through all my daily life..to you i come, and before You i pray..."
It was on Thursday..its the longest hour of interview...and i have to go on different places in one day..doesnt mean that i never on the situation before( ive been even worse..!! ) but i have to rush and dont even have time for my precious lunch...
first ly, i was ask to go to the agency who manage my interview..i met a few candidate there, came to interview for the same postion...tele-marketer executive....it actually offer rm1.4k excluding allowances, commision and overtime... its pretty challenging job, where i have a target costomer where i have to promote a certain product. but i kinda easy, where i only have to sit in the office and don't need to meet the customer...and i have normal working hours..so there is no shift hours..where i have to works at night..hee...plus thesalary was quite good for me as a beginner and fresh graduate...
The agency gives us some briefing about the interview that we about to go..i feel very nervous and blank when thay started to ask question..in english...its not i cannot answer the question but, i feel kinda blank and my confidence level tottaly down when i see all these candidate who come..
After the briefing, i only have 30 minutes to go from ampang park to kl sentral...i have to take the train, change train at masjid jamek and continue my journey to kl snetral..i suppose to go with one of the candidate, but i have waited until i missed to train, but she still not showing up..so i tought she must have been to the early train when i was in the toilet, so i just continue my journey..when i reach kl sentral, i have to ask people where is the sooka center, i lost a few times...
So , when i reach Quill 7..( the place that i suppose to interview )..i was late 2 minutes..thank God that the interviewer was not ready that time,so i can take my breath..i saw many candidates come with potential..some of them had work previously and of course they had the experience..and me..?
i went through the interview, nicely , smooth and funny so that the interviewer will remeber me...i hope so..but it always be me...ive tried my very best to get this job,.people may say its hard, pressuring but still i want to know how pressure it is..hehe...come on challenge me...let see ho far i can go in marketing industry..
Now im waiting for the call..but it doenst stop me for go browsing other job..i have this offer in HSBC bank, but i have to work on shift, so i didnt go...
and i also got interview from jobstreet itself..maybe i will try this one..this monday...
Hope i get one of the job..im tired of waiting..God,help me..
Astro did provide a lot of graet movies, entertainment, and news...but for me..BORING..!!
Ive been watching ASTRO and the shows were great...but, its too boring for me..ive change channel many times, and all i see was the same shown yesterday and the day before...
i suppose to go interview for work..but im have to stay home..(padahal malas..)im waiting for 'kak' to come back from Singapore..and then they will be gone again for America maybe on 28th or 29th this month...so maybe they will ask me to stay at their house again or maybe not..i really want to say no..but i still dont have any jobs so why dont i stay for a while...?plus, i can go interview and still stay here...but so much money will be wasted..i can get free foods since they provide everything...
i dont which decision to choose but i will do something...
and im sorry that the title has nothing to do with what im saying..im just too bored..!!
Today is my first day living alone (not so alone...ada c opey kn) in this banglo...quite scary..hehe..with unknown gardener..hehe...nasib lengkap ni rumah...everything is available..y tiada cuma kwn bercakap...c opey tu bukan faham pa kita cakap..

hmm.. there a lot to say...there a lot to feel... now im still in front of Roger Sis laptop, since my laptop is upstairs and i am too lazy to go upstairs...
ive been planning to find job in kL...but not succeeded..there is a lot of opportunity and chance...but..im too choosy i guess...im thinking a lot about where am i going to live, how am i going to work and does my salary enough for me..all such stuff..since im living in kL..so the living cost should be high...my parents ask me to go back Sabah...but im thinking, this is the time for me to challenge my self living alone in this scary place...
i took such a very big decision in my life so i must continue it untill the very end...but maybe my fight isnt over yet...hence, i have to strenghten my energy, my mentality and my desire to live...i want to show everyone that i can live alone...
im handling a very big problem which is considering life and death...which is depending on how much money do i have...money is everything...i agree with this statement, since everthing related to me needs money..they say u dont need money to be happy...i say u do need money to make someone happy...to make ur family happy...to make other people happy..we now living in the world of where people are more happy to see their bank account producing money...
but, i also agree with the statement that money is not everthing...in my home...i mean, my real home, back in sabah...we dont need money to eat...because food are everywhere...im very lucky that my mom didnt teach to chose food, so i eat whatever that can be eaten..we have free rice from kampung...free house, water and electricity from the gov..plenty of vege around....the meat and fish are cheap...lucky im not so into fish and meat...because i prefer more to vege...and everything is quite easy...ony then, we still need money to move...to buy other things..but it does not stops us of being happy...i think that is one thing i love about staying at home...everthing is free...life necessity and love from my family...
now im staying in kL..those thing sare very rare to find...everthing needs money...plus, i need money to see my boyfriend...because we didnt live together for sure...and now...we both need money for our own problem...
there is stilla lot to say, but let me stops here...i know i havent been writte for long..but i think this will be my next favourite thing to do...
i pray that our problem will be settle in no ytime and evrything will go with the plan..i also pray that a big beg full of money will thrown to usd solve and solve our problem...i know what we decides is wrong but there is no way out...every mistake should be corrected...and i make sure that this wont happen again...
The title looks kinda scary for me..but its true....this coming 29April - 9May will be the last exam for me..( i hope so..!!)
But, the very truth is...Im not ready ..even for a single bit...my test's were sucks!! and i know my carry marks will the worse ever...pdhal mau habis diploma suda ni...
I dont want to spend another sem here in segamat...oh gosh...cita-cita tinggi ..tp usaha nya teda...
I have thinking solution for my problem...
First, im will ask some of my fren to teach me back before exam...maybe i eill take a few days..but i hope i still can make it...i know some of them will share their knowledge with me...
Second, i will stdy hard and smart...i dont know how to do it...but i know i can do it...ceh..!!!
Next, no on9..!!..yes, i can live without internet...tp, kalau kegataln betul suda p library la tu...walau pun x dpt fb..blog pn boleh lah...because my bf will be using my laptop for his final project...so, ada juga alasan la kunun...even tho' i can bring his mini laptop..tp sapa juga yang pndai guna Linux punya OS..x syok la...
Next, pray....Oh Loving God...Please help me through all this tempatation you set for me..May you Grant me with your Love and bless me with your Hand..may you also bless my roomates and my frens in this final exam season...Deliver us away from evil and bring us to success...Amen.
Last but i hope not least...ready for anything..ready if have to spend another sem in UiTM Segamat..ready if i can't answer question...and ready if i have to work after diploma...ive been thinking a lot and i stilll dont have the conclusion...so i think im gonna let what God want me to be...just like before....
For all due respect, i apologize for what i am going to write will hurt others feeling...
Embarrassing body problems will haunt you from time to time. These problems seem to pop up at the worst times and usually rear their ugly heads when we are out in a meeting, on a date or at a party.
Some people suffer from different body problems and find it excruciatingly embarrassing which can take a toll on their self-esteem so we look at some of the most common problems, why they occur and ways to prevent them.
Halitosis hell
saya x tau ni cara mau hilang kan bau mulut...yang saya tau cara mau hilang kan bau mulut lepas minum tapai...( sebab dulu bapa sya kuat minum bha...jadi bila bangun pagi2 tu masih ada bau tu "minuman" lg d mulut dia....x bagus juga kalau bos ter'cium tu bau mulut begitu kan...)jd mama sya suruh bapa sya makan bawang..bawang putih...spy cpat hilang kunun tu bau tapai d mulut..tp, sya xtau sejauh mna keberkesanan nya....
Yang penting kalau berusa gigi tu, jangan lupa berus di lidah juga...at east kurang la sikit bau mulut kan...kalau buat flossing hari2 lagi bagus..
Body odour
Hair there and everywhere
Hair is an issue that is increasingly plaguing men than it is women, making it now commonplace to find waxing salons catering to both sexes. There are easy short-term hair removal methods such as tweezing, waxing, shaving and bleaching. If you’re looking for something more permanent, you’ll need to head to a dermatologist. Your skin specialist may suggest using laser to remove hair from places such as your face and arms.
Some women suffer from facial hair and if your face is moderately hairy, meaning you need to trim your brows or shave your upper-lip area once a month, this is a normal and inherited trait. However, if your hair sprouts on a daily basis, there may be an underlying condition like high levels of male hormones (polycystic ovarian syndrome) or an adrenal gland problem.
Stretch marks
Stretch marks happen when the skin is pulled by rapid growth or stretching. Although the skin is usually fairly elastic, when it's overstretched, the normal production of collagen (the major protein that makes up the connective tissue in your skin) is disrupted. As a result, scars called stretch marks may form.
There is no guaranteed treatment to completely remove stretch marks. The best that can be done is to make them less noticeable. You can go to a dermatologist to get laser treatments, which lessens the brightness of recently acquired red marks, or microdermabrasion, which treats white marks.
Bikini rash
Waxing and shaving too closely causes inflammation and redness when the hairs split and loop around under the surface of the skin as they grow back.
What you shouldn’t do is rub the bumps to free the trapped hairs with a loofah. What you should do is exfoliate the top layer of your skin by applying an over-the-counter aspirin solution twice a day for at least two days.
Smelly feet
Our feet have their share of normal bacteria, which produce stinky sulfurous odor when they come into contact with moisture from socks and shoes or when your feet become sweaty. This can be embarrassing for some women, especially if they have been to the gym, but it also can affect them on a daily basis.
The solution is to always keep your feet dry.Your socks should be made of absorbent cotton and your shoes from breathable materials, like canvas and leather.Sprinkle a drying powder in your shoes every morning, and place a desiccant in them when you put them away.
Weak pelvic floor
The pelvic floor are large sheets of muscles between your pubic bone and your tailbone, and these muscles help keep your bladder, vagina, uterus and bowel in place. Sometimes they become stretched and weakened, mostly due to childbirth. These muscles give you control over your bladder and bowel movements, so their weakening can lead to some uncomfortable moments.
There are a number of pelvic floor muscle exercises such as squeezes and contractions that can help you tighten the muscles and restore your bladder control, for example, stopping the flow of urine when you go to the toilet.
Acne
Acne is one of the most common skin conditions that haunts most of us. 80% of teenagers are afflicted with some degree of acne between the ages of 13 and 18 years (although, a minority of cases may also start in adulthood).
Usually occurring on the face, arms, back and chest, acne occurs in puberty because of adjustment to hormone levels, which cause the sebaceous glands to manufacture increased amounts of sebum that blocks the hair follicles and causes spots ranging from blackheads to painful red nodules.
Acne can often correct itself, but there are also a number of over-the-counter and prescription
There are times when we read things in the news or in the media, when we are told that something is good for our health, or that something can be detrimental for it. One day, we can be told that something is good, and then a few weeks later we are told that the same thing is bad for us.
There have also been ups and downs when it comes to coffee and alcohol. So what are we to believe when it comes to our health? We look at nine things that we have been told are bad for us but are actually surprisingly good for our health within moderation.
Anger
If you're one of those people who tend to bottle things up, only to explode later, we are being advised not to hold it in so long. Studies show that bursts of anger here and there are good for the health, and can be an even more effective coping mechanism than becoming afraid, irritated or disgusted.
Anger, however, is best in moderation: stay angry for long periods of time and you'll be plagued with a host of health issues, like blood pressure and sleep disorders.
Coffee
Coffee has also had bad press as it has been linked with an increased risk of heart disease, raised blood pressure arthritis, and stillbirth.
However, coffee is great for waking us up in the morning and is the World’s most wildly used stimulant drug. It improves short-term memory, boosts muscle power and raises alertness. It is also a major source of anti-oxidants and can help to reduce the risk of diabetes.
Alcohol
Alcohol, in moderation, is good for the heart, but the effect of this is mainly seen in middle-aged men. Two or three alcoholic drinks per day can cut the risk of heart attack by at least 30 per cent.
However, alcohol drunk in excess causes liver disease and also dependency. Less obvious effects include an increase of all types of cancer by six per cent in women, when you have a drink a day.
Scientists from Harvard Medical School have presented findings showing couples having IVF who drank one bottle of wine a week, cut their chances of a live birth by a quarter.
Similarly, while we have always associated beer with a beer gut, new research has suggested that moderate beer intake can actually improve cardiovascular function.
Bubblegum
Something that your dentist will never tell you is that chewing gum actually prevents cavities. Studies have shown that not only does it produce more saliva which helps to prevent cavities, but sugar free gum contains xylitol which helps change the chemistry of your mouth.
Infections
Although many parents these days feel that they need to cocoon their children and wrap them in cotton wool to protect them from illness, young children actually need exposure to viruses and bacteria in early life to develop their immune systems. Those who miss out on such exposure are more likely to develop allergies, such as asthma, later on. Infections on the other hand, are bad for just about everyone else.
Stress
Stress is universally considered a bad thing and in some cases, people have successfully won lawsuits against companies for work-related stress. But what most people don’t know is that a little stress goes a long way to making us healthier because in short doses, it can help to boost the immune system.
Not doing the housework
There is the idea that due to our modern lifestyle, there are increasing numbers of people that suffer from allergies and auto immune conditions. A survey that was carried out found that women who used a lot of household cleaning products during pregnancy and shortly after giving birth, increased their child’s risk of asthma.
Smoking
We all know the risks and dangers of smoking, but there are a number of therapeutic uses of nicotine or smoking too. For example, smokers are less likely to need surgery to provide extra blood to their heart after an angioplasty, the risk of ulcerative colitis is reduced, and it even interferes with the development of Kaposi’s sarcoma (a type of cancer of the lymphatic endothelium).
Perhaps, most surprisingly, is that there are links to smoking and a reduction in allergic asthma. There is also a large body of evidence to suggest that smokers have a dramatically reduced risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease. Nicotine is currently being investigated as a treatment for ADHD, and schizophrenia.
Video games
Even though console stations and video games are partly to blame for the rise in numbers of people with obesity, scientists have now suggested that they actually help to get us fit and lose weight.
As long as they aren’t used as a substitute for real sport, certain games such as Tekken 3 (a martial arts contest), actually raise the player’s heart levels - they used more energy and began breathing more quickly.
